Divi Divi is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom luxury single-story home, with a spacious open floor plan.
In line with the Hofi Carolina Orchard theme, Divi Divi is surrounded by fruit trees, vegetable and herbal gardens, and lush landscaping. The communal pool is a short walk through the orchard that provides a natural privacy buffer and keeps everything shaded and cool.

The design of Divi Divi makes it feel much larger than a one-bedroom, one-bath space, with high vaulted ceilings, ample natural light and additional outdoor patios. It is a playful mixture of traditional Historic Dutch “Landhuis” architecture, Leeward island tropical architecture, and elements of global tropical architecture . To create this look and feel, a lot of attention has been devoted to exterior and interior detailing, both in the architectural design as well as in the colours and finish material textures used. Divi Divi has two separate covered outdoor living patios, which provide a spacious and cool extension of the main living space, and additional 35 m2 of outdoor living area. One of the out-door living patios has a shaded pergola roof which can be covered with colorful bougainvillea or grapes.

The outdoor living patios and the main living space, have beautiful views of historic Landhuis Klein Santa Martha, the Hofi Carolina Orchard and Herbal Garden, and a prominent green hill to the South which is a beautiful natural feature, especially in winter after the tropical rains. The comfortable shaded outdoor living patios are cooled by the always present trade winds. 

DIVI DIVI - Interior features
On the interior, Divi Divi features a comfortable open floor plan with the bedroom easily flowing into the spacious central main living space, and double outdoor living patios. Every room in the home, including the bathroom, has a vaulted open ceiling, which adds both character and a feeling of spaciousness.
