INDJU is a spacious open floor plan single story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury home. This comfortable home is custom designed to work best with the natural course of the sun and wind, naturally occurring landscape features and existing views. In line with the Hofi Carolina live-on-an-orchard theme, Indju is surrounded by fruit trees, herbal gardens, and other lush landscaping.
INDJU’s design is a playful mixture of traditional Historic Dutch “Landhuis” architecture, Leeward island tropical architecture, and elements of global tropical architecture. To create this look and feel, a lot of attention has been devoted to exterior and interior detailing, both in the architectural design as well as in the colours and finish material textures used. 
INDJU has a large 60 m2 covered outdoor living patio with a high vaulted ceiling, and a shaded pergola with bougainvillea or grapes for a total of 75 m2 of additional out-door living space. The patio wraps around the main living space on each side using covered walking galleries to keep the sun out and maintain a cool environment inside the home, aided by always-present trade winds. The wrap-around outdoor living patio and the main living space have beautiful views of historic Landhuis Klein Santa Martha, the Hofi Carolina Orchard and Herbal Garden, and a prominent green hill to the South which is a beautiful natural feature, especially in winter after the tropical rains.

INDJU - Interior features
On the interior, Indju features a comfortable open floor plan with the bedrooms easily flowing into the spacious main living space, and generous outdoor living patio. Every room in the home, including the bathrooms, has a vaulted open ceiling, which adds both character, a feeling of spaciousness, and provides good air circulation. The floors of each room in Indju are finished with beautiful coloured mosaic tiles. Indju has a shaded carport and private driveway on the West side of the home (see Hofi Carolina Site plan).
