WABI is a spacious open floor plan single story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury home. This comfortable home is custom designed to work best with the natural course of the sun and wind, naturally occurring landscape features and existing views. In line with the Hofi Carolina live-on-an-Orchard theme, Wabi is surrounded by fruit trees, herbal gardens, and other lush landscaping.

WABI’s design is a playful mixture of traditional Historic Dutch “Landhuis” architecture, Leeward island tropical architecture, and elements of global tropical architecture. To create this look and feel, a lot of attention has been devoted to exterior and interior detailing, both in the architectural design as well as in the colours and finish material textures used. 

WABI has a large covered outdoor living patio, 60 m2 in size, and two shaded pergolas covered with bougainvillea or grapes for a total of 90 m2 additional exterior outdoor living space. The patios keep the sun out and maintain a cool environment inside the home. The patios are naturally cooled by the always-present trade winds.

WABI - Interior features
On the interior, Wabi features a comfortable open floor plan with the bedrooms easily flowing into the spacious main living space, and generous outdoor living patio. Every room in the home, including the bathroom, has a vaulted open ceiling, which adds both character, a feeling of spaciousness, and provides good air circulation. The floors of each room in Wabi are finished with beautiful coloured mosaic tiles. Wabi has a shaded carport and private driveway on the West side of the home (see Hofi Carolina Site plan).
